A drier type of rice pudding with lots of flavor. My grandma used to make this all the time.
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Beat eggs in a large bowl.
Add remaining wet ingredients, and mix. Make sure that the brown sugar isn't too clumpy. If it is, break it up before continuing.
Fold in dry ingredients
Add mixture to a baking dish. Bake in oven for 1 hour.
Serve hot or cold.
